New Registration Process – 21st December 2024

  1. These classes are provided by Administration of the Circles of the Glorious Qur’an and Mutoon (Texts) at the Prophet’s Masjid (جميع الحقوق محفوظة لإدارة حلقات القرآن الكربم والمتون العلمية بالمسجد النبوي): https://reg.qm.edu.sa/
  2. To register as a New User visit: https://reg.qm.edu.sa/Minton/Account/NewRegistration
  3. Choose form language (English/Arabic) from the top left corner.
  4. Enter required information and Register:
    • First Name
    • Father Name
    • Grandfather Name
    • Family Name
    • Nationality
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Email
    • Username
    • Password
  5. The terms and conditions for the registration are as follows:
    • The user acknowledges the accuracy of the information provided through the educational platform.
    • The user is prohibited from registering or accessing the platform by impersonating another user.
    • Do not allow others to use your granted account.
    • The user acknowledges that entering the platform and using it is for legitimate purposes only.
    • Commit to not using the platform or any information, services, or tools available on it to engage in any act that results in a violation or crime under any applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • In the event of any violation of the above instructions, the management of the Quran circles and scientific texts has the right to take appropriate actions, including permanently canceling the account or referring the matter to the competent authorities.

Old Registration Process – 23rd January 2023

Waqar Alharam is a system that connects students with teachers through Halaqat held in Masjid Nabawi, Madina. Waqar Alharam app profiles the following features:

  1. Register the Student in the Halaqat
  2. Student Attendance
  3. Student Evaluation
  4. Student Grades

1. Install Waqar Al-Haram app on iOS or Android:

2. Register and provide the following information:

  • Student is in Saudi Arabia or outside Saudi Arabia
  • Date of Birth
  • Full Name
  • Gender
  • Account Type (choose student)
  • Country of Residence
  • Nationality
  • Email Address (a verification Email will be sent to this number)
  • Mobile Number (a verification SMS will be sent to this number)
  • Language of Classes (Arabic/English/Urdu)
  • Time of Classes, etc.

3. After completion of the registration, within one week, link to attend the class will be available in the app.

4. If you are mistakenly registered to a class in another language then you can request the teacher to change your class to the language of your preference (incase the teacher is unable to understand your language then you can request a fellow student to translate your request to the teacher).

In the episodes of the Prophet’s Mosque for the sections of the Holy Quran and Al-Mighton scientific regular and remotely:

Step 2: Please answer the complete form and send it to the employee in the Telegram chat and then wait for a reply.

Upon confirmation, after 2 to 3 days you will receive a second email to confirm your acceptance and also the class schedule and the Teacher’s name إن شاءالله .

What are the Free Quran Classes from Masjid Nabawi?

The Administration of the Circles of the Glorious Qur’an and Mutoon (Texts) at the Prophet’s Masjid provides free online classes for learning Quran recitation and memorization. These classes offer the opportunity to learn from the esteemed scholars associated with Masjid Nabawi.

How do I register for the free Quran classes?

The registration process has evolved over time. As of December 21, 2024, the process is as follows:

  1. Visit the official registration website: https://reg.qm.edu.sa/
  2. Register as a new user by providing accurate personal information like name, nationality, date of birth, email address, etc.
  3. After registering, you can log in to your account using your credentials.

Are the classes completely online?

Yes, as of the latest update, the classes are conducted online. Previously, there was an app called “Waqar Al-Haram” for connecting students and teachers, but the process has shifted to the website mentioned above.

Can I take these classes if I am not in Saudi Arabia?

Yes, the online format allows anyone from around the world to participate in these classes. Regardless of your location, you can benefit from the teachings offered by Masjid Nabawi.

Are there separate classes for males and females?

Yes, the program provides separate arrangements for male and female teachers and classes, ensuring a comfortable and appropriate learning environment for all participants.

Timeline of Events

March 4, 2019: Article published detailing free Quran recitation and memorization classes offered by Masjid Nabawi in Madina. Initial registration process involves emailing.

March 28, 2020: New registration process launched using the website أكاديمية القرآن الكريم بالمسجد النبوي. A two-step email confirmation is implemented.

November 14, 2021: Another registration process is introduced using the WAQAR website (reg.qm.edu.sa – وقار). Students are instructed to submit a form via Telegram and attend a Zoom interview.

January 23, 2023: The Waqar Al-Haram app is introduced for registration and class management. The app features registration, attendance tracking, student evaluations, and grade management.

December 21, 2024: The registration process is updated again. Students are directed to register at https://reg.qm.edu.sa/, with support available at https://help.qm.edu.sa/create-ticket.

    I am trying to register for free qzran memorization and learning for my 3 sons. But when i m filling my form, i m not receiving verification code. I teied 3 times, check my mail and soam folder as well.

    Please let me know how to enroll my son directly at the masjid an nabi Quran memorisation halaqah. He finished his tajwid from furqan madrasa in Jeddah and still continuing hifdh from masjid Abdurrahman bin Auf in Jeddah. He would like to join directly in the masjid and not online. Please guide us.
