Popular Korean YouTube personality, former singer, and now vlogger Jay Kim (real name Kim Jae Han) (김재한) has recently made it public that he has converted to Islam. He recited the shahada in front of the members of the Seoul Central Mosque.
He was born as a Catholic with the name David thus he has chosen Daud as his new name (David is known as Daud in Islam).
