The following message is from my cousin, who lives in Rawalpindi and knows this family:
This person was a rickshaw driver but due to COVID-19, he lost his livelihood and is now jobless for a few months. His wife has requested for financial support to pay the electricity bill of their house for the last 2 months, which is Rs 10,622 after surcharge. My cousin has already arranged Rs 5,000 thus the remaining amount of Rs 5,622 (SAR 129) is required.
