My father had already given them Rs 15,000 in advance and the girl with her sister and a male guardian has left for Islamabad to visit the Allergy Center – National Institute of Health Islamabad. The following message is from my father, who lives in Multan and knows this family for more than 10 years:
This family is being supported monthly as part of the Monthly Donation for 2 Needy Widows and their Families project. This is a 21 years old orphan girl, who is suffering from some kind of allergy, which causes rashes all over the body, to the extent that it gets difficult for her to breath and eat anything. Her treatment has been going on in Multan for more than 2 years and she has been supported previously as part of the Monthly Donation for Medical Expenses for the Underprivileged project.
Her marriage is scheduled in 4 months and her allergy is getting more severe thus the doctors have recommended her to visit the Allergy Center – National Institute of Health Islamabad for allergy testing. After the test, they will provide the appropriate vaccine and then she is expected to visit the Allergy Center – National Institute of Health Islamabad for a checkup and change in the vaccine every month for the next 3 months.
The estimated cost of the first trip is Rs 14,000 and the follow-up trips is Rs 10,000 each. My father has requested for financial support of Rs 50,000 (SAR 1,157) for the complete treatment of the orphan girl.
